Software license agreement

EspansoExpress is provided as freeware whether used on a personal basis or for work or study.

On using EspansoExpress you agree to be bound by and become a party to this agreement.

EspansoExpress is provided ‘as is’ and without warranties as to performance, or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various hardware and software environments in which EspansoExpress may be used, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. While every care has been taken in preparation of the program and data, no guarantee is provided that EspansoExpress is error free.

Any risk arising out of the use of EspansoExpress remains with the user. In no event will there be any liability to you (either an individual or a single entity) for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages or loss of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance or use of EspansoExpress. Support for the software is not guaranteed.

You are authorised to use the program for your own use. You may not modify, lease or sell the program or remove any copyright information from it. You acknowledge that your possession, installation or use of EspansoExpress does not transfer to you any title to the intellectual property in the software. You agree that any copies you make of EspansoExpress will contain the same proprietary notices that appear in EspansoExpress.

These conditions in no way affect the conditions attached to any computing system.
